Important Changes To The Commonwealth Bank Personal Credit Card Feed on Xero

From the 17th of October 2017, Xero will be changing how your Commonwealth Bank (CBA) personal credit card transaction data will be managed. After this date, automated CBA personal credit card transaction data will no longer be available.

If you currently hold a CBA personal card and are using it for business purposes our recommendation is to either change this card to a business card within CBA or look to another bank which has a broader sharing arrangement with Xero. Personal credit card data from the remaining big 4 banks – Westpac, NAB and ANZ will be unaffected and will continue to feed directly into Xero.

The alternative solution for importing CBA personal credit cards data will be to manually load the transactions into Xero via csv.

No other CBA products with direct feeds will be affected.

If you believe your business may be affected by this change or if you have any questions regarding the change, please contact your Field Group Accountant or reply to info@fieldgroup.com.au
