The Field Group is a progressive four-partner accounting practice established in the 1950s.  We have approximately 35 staff and are located in a new, modern office at Chirnside Park.  We have a stable team with a mix of ages and experience and we work with clients across a diverse range of industries and business structures.

The Field Group offers the benefits of working in a team small enough to be friendly, but large enough to offer variety and in-house opportunities for advancement.

We utilise the latest technologies and currently have over 100 clients using cloud accounting.  We operate in an almost paperless environment and continually review and update our systems and procedures.

We encourage staff to develop their skills with a variety of work challenges as well as offering regular internal training and opportunities to attend external training.

The Field Group recognises the need for flexibility for those who need to balance work, family and study commitments.

We have a friendly, relaxed culture and enjoy occasional social events as well as regular informal Friday night drinks.
