What is the Stratacore Business Growth Program?

The Stratacore Business Growth Program has been designed for Accountants to assist business clients. It is a structured system that includes the Stratacore Business Health Check Report and action plan, expert training and other services.

How does it work?

The Business Health Check Report is designed to be used annually with business clients. It is a customised health check that is undertaken for business clients and includes a full report and action plan for the business. These actions are the activities that should be undertaken in your business to improve its performance. Your advisor will meet with you to discuss issues and may also assist you in the progress of the various activities.

Why should I complete a Stratacore Business Health Check Report?

In Australia the statistics for business failure are horrific, with some saying 3 out of 4 businesses do not survive 5 years. Of those remaining, most are underperforming and often lack the guidance required to assist them in all key areas of their business. Our accounting firm has recognised the issues faced by business owners and also the effect of the current business climate, so we have introduced these services to help our clients achieve success and address any issues.

The Stratacore Business Growth Program provides the accounting firm with a broader range of services and support that clients can access through their Accountant.

When should I do a Stratacore Business Health Check for my business?

To provide your business with a solid plan for the next year, we suggest immediately, and then by ongoing review. We can schedule a time now for you to meet with our advisers and complete the questionnaire, which is the first step. Your report will be ready, including a detailed action plan, in 8 to 10 working days. We will arrange a time for you to come in and review the report and required actions with your Field Group advisor.

How much does a Stratacore Business Health Check Report cost?

The report is approximately 60 pages and is specific to your business and as you can appreciate that is a lot of information. For the complete report, including your initial meeting and review meeting, it is just $2,200 GST inclusive.  Any costs for additional services and training required to support your businesses actions will be advised separately.
