In providing services to our clients we strive to ensure that our staff are both professional in their approach and up to date in respect of their technical skills. All our professional staff are required to be members of either CPA Australia or The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. The pace of change in the legislative and regulatory framework within our industry is regular and expansive. To ensure all our staff maintain their technical skills we engage outside consultants who provide a monthly seminar on current changes in the areas of tax and other laws that impact our industry. In addition with other regular attendance at external professional development and an internal quality control committee we strive to ensure that our service delivery is both current and pointed to the direct needs of our clients individual circumstances.
